The spiral composed of the remnants of multicoloured water balloons – pieces of latex and styrofoam balls, the latter of which are scarcely ever specified even in an accompanying product description, and yet they are harmful to health and the environment…
Kompozicija spirale od ostataka raznobojnih balona za „vodene bombe“ – komadića lateksa i kuglica stiropora, koje se čak ni u popratnim uputama ili opisu takvih proizvoda gotovo nikad ne spominju, a opasne su za zdravlje i okoliš…
Zajedničko je ovim „partijima“ u gradskim parkovima veselje svih sudionka zbog ponovnih mogućnosti okupljanja, druženja i proslava u otvorenom prostoru – i to bez plaćanja organizatorima zabava (!) – ali i mnoštvo razbacanih ostataka rasprsnutih, probušenih i ispuhanih balona.
Common to these park parties are the understandable feeling of joy of all the participants because of the renewed socializing outdoors – free of charge (!), but also a large amount of remnants of rubber balloons.
Malu virtualnu izložbu dječjih likovnih radova čini samo deset fotografija s likovnim primjerima s kojima sam se u „vremenu korone“ – uz propisane mjere reduciranja kretanja i druženja – uspjela osobno susresti i snimiti ih.
A small virtual exhibition of children’s artworks consists of only ten photographs with child art examples that I managed to get in person during the “time of corona” – complying with the prescribed measures to restrict movement and limit socializing.
For the exhibition “View from my window“, I submitted two photographs from the cycle in progress – (approximately) the same frame (cadre) of the same motif from my home environment, shot in three weeks apart. In chronological order (here with a “jump”) I followed the interplay of nature and human with forms – intensified by colours, textures, light and shadows – now partly determined by coronavirus.
Za virtualnu izložbu fotografija „Pogled kroz moj prozor“ odabrala sam dvije fotografije iz ciklusa u nastajanju – (približno) isti kadar istoga motiva iz okruženja moga doma, snimljen u razmaku od tri tjedna. U vremenskome slijedu (ovdje s „preskokom“) pratim međusobnu igru prirode i čovjeka oblicima – intenziviranima bojama, teksturama, svjetlošću i sjenama – sada djelomično određenu koronom.
